Bishop's Castle

Took this picture in the middle of the night to show Hunter how she keeps on slapping me in the face and then leaving her hand there. As bad as sleeping with Dan who periodically clocks me one.

Filled up the Toyota Camry today.

It cost 40 American - about 50 in Nz for three Quarters of a tank about the same as my little Kia which is half the size at home.
Took some more pics around the house.

We went to Bishops Castle this morning IT WAS VERY SCARY!

Hunter walked over most of it using the very scary walkways, stairs and bridges to nowhere. It would be shut down by OSH in NZ because of all the hazards but Hunter felt right at home while I ventured into the solid second stores only and begged her not to go too far and to watch out for all the drops

She did all the walks including a bridge to a big drop off to nowhere.
We survived. Not for the faint hearted but worth a visit and in the beautiful Wet Mountains.

The drive there and back was amazingly beautiful. And then another lunch at the bowling place where the waiter heard Hunter trying to get the most from her drink at brought her a second one.

Hunter found a cowboy for Jessie. She said Jessie wanted a hot cowboy and she thinks that he was sweating.

We then went bowling again and had helpful Tony show us the ropes.

Home foe a hot tub again and this time in the rain. Have to think about packing up..... Not my favourite thing. All good kudos to Terry and Nita who are packing up their Longmont house ready for the big shift into their Denver house and also clean up all the dust from the tradespeople putting on the new roof as well as put up with the antipodean relatives.
